Cycling Club

The aim of this web site is two-fold. Firstly, it is an aid and communication tool for the club members to inform them of events and show what events other Clubs are promoting with times and places, etc, as well as a means of communication amongst the club via the Forum. Secondly, it is a way of informing you our customers about competitive cycling so that anyone with an interest in cycling can view this site to find out lots of useful information and details of local events.

Velocity Bikes Cycling Club (VBCC) is affiliated to many cycling organisations as this enables its members to compete and take part in all the different disciplines, i.e. road racing, track racing, sportif events, mountain biking, and time trialling.

Your membership fee will also incorporate your CTC joining fee giving you the satisfaction of Third Party insurance.

All members receive a Platinum Performance Card (1st claim members only) which entitles you to a 10% discount on purchases from us Velocity Bikes. This includes components and Apparel (not Bikes). A 5% discount on Bikes and any item we class as major items.

Special purchase days with great savings, only available to you, Velocity Bikes Cycling Club members.

Social events so all members can meet each other and talk bikes, trails, training and new places to ride.

Exclusive trail building and maintenance days at Queen Elizabeth Country Park (a better chance to get the park better and safer Trails with support and help from the experts.)

Day trips to locations throughout the UK to test and improve riding skills.

A chance to race in a team as a team.

Group MTB holidays training camps abroad.

3rd party insurance with the CTC ( this is to protect you and fellow riders).
