Request a Repair

Booking your bike in with Velocity Bikes for a bike service or bike repair is very simple, Velocity bikes service & repairs

you can either;

Drop your bike off without booking an appointment and we will try and fit it into our busy workshop schedule, but we do recommend booking in to guarantee a quick turn around - usually same day (booked appointments only).
Fill out the form below and we will respond to you to confirm that the date you have requested is available.
Book your bike in either by telephone on 02392 371000 or email for an appointment.

We take 50% of the total labour cost as a deposit for Bronze, Silver and Gold services. This allows us to secure the appropriate time to carry out your service. We will call you to take payment after a time and date have been agreed.

Remember to clean your bike before bringing it in unless you are having a Silver or Gold service and you'll keep the cycle technicians happy!

We are closed on Sundays.
